How does the 0.5% Diversdesk split fee on Xendit payments work?

When you process a payment through the Diversdesk integration with Xendit, 0.5% of the transaction value is allocated to Diversdesk as a split fee.

This fee supports the ongoing development, maintenance, and support of the Xendit integration in Diversdesk. It helps us provide automatic payment updates and a reliable connection between your bookings and Xendit transactions.

Does This Increase My Xendit Transaction Fee?

No. The split fee does not increase the total transaction fee you pay.

Because payments from Diversdesk customers are processed through our Xendit platform integration, the combined transaction volume qualifies Diversdesk for platform volume pricing. The 0.5% Diversdesk split fee is taken from the difference created by that discounted pricing.

As a result, you continue to pay the standard Xendit transaction fee applicable to your country and payment method—the same total fee you would normally pay when using Xendit directly.

How Is the Fee Divided?

The payment fee is divided automatically:

1. Xendit applies the discounted platform processing rate available through Diversdesk.
2. Diversdesk receives 0.5% of the transaction value as its split fee.
3. Together, these amounts equal the standard Xendit transaction fee applicable to the payment.

The split happens behind the scenes. There is no separate invoice for the 0.5% fee and no additional 0.5% added on top of the standard Xendit transaction fee.

Example

For a successful payment of 1,000 in your transaction currency, the Diversdesk split is 5, which is 0.5% of the transaction value.

That amount is allocated from the overall transaction fee under Diversdesk’s platform pricing arrangement. It is not an extra 5 charged on top of the standard Xendit fee.
