A Fresh New Look! Major Update
Section titled “A Fresh New Look! ”We performed a major UX overhaul to make daily operations faster and more intuitive. From a renewed webshop to a smoother guest checkout, this release focuses on speed and clarity.
The New All-in-One Webshop
Section titled “The New All-in-One Webshop”We completely renewed the webshop to provide a seamless checkout experience for your guests and improve conversion.
- Unified Experience: Advertise Retail, Activities, and Accommodation from one smooth interface.
- Featured Products: Highlight selected products to drive more sales.
- Custom Organization: Reorder shop items and create Custom Activity Categories.
- Streamlined Guest Checkout: A faster process designed to reduce friction and abandoned carts.
Platform & UX Enhancements
Section titled “Platform & UX Enhancements”The core platform received a refresh to improve everyday workflows.
Renewed Menu
Section titled “Renewed Menu”A modernized navigation system helps you reach key tools faster.
We optimized and rearranged the menu layout to put common actions front and center and added clearer icons.
Note: The onboarding section is now under Settings.
Renewed Booking Page
Section titled “Renewed Booking Page”The heart of your daily operations has a new look and feel, designed to reduce clicks and keep teams organized.
New Quick-Action Button Located at the top-right of the page, this central command menu lets you:
- Add a new Activity or Accommodation.
- Add a Retail Item or a custom Invoice Line Item.
- Process a Payment instantly.
Context-Specific Menus
Section titled “Context-Specific Menus”Individual cards now include an Ellipsis (three-dots) menu, so you can edit, cancel, or reassign directly from the current view.
Enhanced Visibility
Section titled “Enhanced Visibility”- Granular Tax Control: Add specific tax rates per activity category or product type.
- Cleaner Interface: See guest and trip details with less clutter.
Full Booking Page Guide
Multi-Day Gear Selection
Section titled “Multi-Day Gear Selection”We refined multi-day gear assignment logic to make rental planning faster and reduce mistakes.
Simplified Chinese Support
Section titled “Simplified Chinese Support”Simplified Chinese is now available for guest forms and waivers, complementing Traditional Chinese support.
Smart Notifications
Section titled “Smart Notifications”Stay on top of self-bookings with application-wide notifications.
- Auto-Actions: Set rules to auto-accept or auto-decline bookings if they are not handled within a chosen time window.
Advanced Tax Management
Section titled “Advanced Tax Management”- Granular Tax Control: Add specific tax rates per Activity Category or Product Type for more accurate accounting.
Enhanced Insights & Reporting
Section titled “Enhanced Insights & Reporting”Reporting pages are cleaner and more data-rich.
- Sales & Payments: Additional data points for better tracking.
- Filter & Export: Stronger filters and full export on the payments page.
- Renewed Booking Page: Better readability of booking data.
