Availability page
Open Partner portal → Availability. For the full booking process, start with the partner manual.
Find a departure
Section titled “Find a departure”Use Operator, Vessel, Status, dates, and Guests to narrow the list. Hide trips without enough space where offered. Check the Updated time and use Refresh if the page has been open for a while.
Open a trip to review dates, itinerary, available cabins, occupancy choices, prices, and promotions. Mandatory fees payable onboard are separate from the booking amount collected upfront.
If an operator or vessel is missing, ask the operator to check your access. Permission to view availability and permission to place options can differ.
Departure status
Section titled “Departure status”Confirmed describes the departure, not your booking. Tentative means operator approval is required before your booking can proceed, even if your usual agreement allows direct booking.
Cabins and spaces
Section titled “Cabins and spaces”Check the cabin type, number of guests, and offered occupancy arrangement. The view distinguishes available spaces, checkout holds, options, and booked spaces. Your own reservations are identifiable; other partners’ booking details remain anonymous.
Checkout holds
Section titled “Checkout holds”Opening a trip or selecting a cabin does not reserve it. Hold cabins & continue starts a temporary checkout hold, with the duration shown by the countdown.
Complete the booker details and choose Review option → Place option before it expires. Closing the panel does not complete checkout: use Continue checkout to resume. When the timer expires, the spaces are released.
To change the selection, release the unfinished hold using its release action, then select again. The released spaces become available to others.
After placing an option
Section titled “After placing an option”The portal opens Reservations. Follow the booking’s approval requirement and option deadline there. No customer payment is collected during this checkout. Read Reservations for the next action.
