2 Jun 2026 - Booking Translations & Customer Clarity

Release Date: June 2, 2026

This release expands translations across the full customer-facing booking flow and clears up a few common points of confusion during registration.

In addition to broader language coverage, this update also improves how participant counts are explained, adds guidance for non-Latin data entry, and fixes tiered-pricing totals on the sales page so they update correctly.

  • Broader customer-facing translations: translations now cover the booking page and customer registration flow as well, not only waivers and registration pages.
  • Two new languages added: Turkish and Arabic are now available.
  • Clearer participant wording on the booking page: registration progress and remaining slots are now easier to understand.
  • Unicode guidance for non-Latin languages: customers are guided to use readable character sets for names and key information.
  • Tiered pricing sales-page fix: package totals now refresh automatically when the dive amount changes.

Translations are now available across more of the customer journey. Previously, translated content was focused mainly on waivers and registration pages. With this update, the booking page and customer registration page are included as well, creating a more consistent experience from first booking step to final submission.

This is especially useful for operators serving international guests, because more of the flow now stays understandable in the guest’s chosen language instead of switching back to English in key booking steps.

We also added Turkish and Arabic to the available translation set.

That expands the supported customer-facing languages to 15 in total and helps more operators offer a localized booking flow to guests who prefer non-English communication.

The customer section on the booking page has been reworked to reduce confusion around registrations versus available spaces.

Participant counts are now shown more clearly using wording in the format Participants • X registered (X open slots), supported by a short descriptive text below the title. This makes it easier for both guests and operators to understand how many people are already registered and how many places are still open.

Better Guidance For Non-Latin Guest Details

Section titled “Better Guidance For Non-Latin Guest Details”

For languages that use non-Latin scripts, the booking flow now shows a banner advising customers to use Unicode characters for names and other important information.

This helps avoid situations where operators cannot correctly read customer details after registration, especially when information is transferred between different systems or devices.

Tiered Pricing Totals Now Refresh Correctly On The Sales Page

Section titled “Tiered Pricing Totals Now Refresh Correctly On The Sales Page”

We also fixed an issue on the sales page where tiered-priced activities could keep showing the initial dive amount instead of updating after changes.

Totals now refresh automatically when the dive amount changes, so the displayed price stays aligned with the actual selected package.
