This section explains how to work with your bookings overview and how to manage an individual booking in detail.
Bookings Overview Page
Section titled “Bookings Overview Page”The Bookings page sits at the center of your daily operations. It’s where you manage current and upcoming bookings, log new ones, and keep track of everything happening across any given day or date-range.
What this page is used for
Section titled “What this page is used for”Use the overview page to:
- Review all bookings in one list
- Create new bookings
- Search for a booking by booking reference
- Filter bookings by date or status
- Open a booking and continue working on its details
How to work from the dashboard
Section titled “How to work from the dashboard”Start by narrowing down the list to the bookings you want to review. This is especially useful when your team is preparing for a specific date range, checking recent self-bookings, or following up on pending actions.
The page functions as a control panel for managing your bookings efficiently:
- Quick-filter buttons: Select pre-set days or date ranges instantly at the top of the screen.
- Search bar: Find a specific booking immediately when you already know what you’re looking for.
- Custom date fields: Filter for custom periods or future dates outside the standard quick-filters.
- Status filters: Focus strictly on bookings that still require your attention.
Opening a booking
Section titled “Opening a booking”Once you find the correct entry, open it to access the full booking record. From there, you can manage participants, activities, billing, payments, and sharing options in more detail.
Typical use cases
Section titled “Typical use cases”Teams usually use the dashboard to:
- Find a booking quickly when a customer contacts the shop
- Review new or recently changed bookings
- Prepare upcoming trips by checking who is booked and what still needs to be completed
- Jump into a booking to make changes, take payment, or send booking details
