Payments

The Payments page is where you review payment activity linked to bookings, webshop checkouts, and other customer sales.

Use this page when you want to:

• check whether a payment is pending, completed, refunded, or otherwise updated
• review payment history connected to a booking or sale
• confirm that incoming and returned payments were processed as expected

Compared with the Sales page, this view is more focused on the payment side of a transaction than on the sold product or service itself.
